Job Summary

The Business Development Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing the business acumen and entrepreneurial skills of our target beneficiaries, in the relevant sectors. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that cover various aspects of business development and management.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Agriculture, or in other related fields.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or other related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, training, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of business development principles and practices.
• Excellent training and facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop and customize training materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
